Typography

Official typeface: Minion

The Minion typeface family is used in the university's name (or signature) as it appears in the university logo. Minion also is the approved typeface on university letterhead, envelopes, business cards and other official materials.

University usage: Because Minion is not universally available for PC use across the university, approved typeface options for everyday correspondence include: Times New Roman (serif); or Arial (sans serif). Minion must always be used in the logo typeface.

Minion can certainly be used, if available, as the typeface for any university publication. However, it is not necessary, or even desirable, to use Minion exclusively for all text in brochures and other printed items.
