Accreditation
Program Outcome: Participants will gain understanding of the role innovation can play in critical issues around the future of healthcare and nursing; each participant will identify at least one topic learned during the conference. CEs are granted by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (OBN-001-91). This program is being offered for a total of 4.0 contact hours for nursing. No partial contact hours are offered. All speakers and the planning committee members have declared no conflict of interest. ONA guidelines require all three of the following criteria to be met in order for the learner to receive the contact hours offered for this educational activity: (1) Learner’s signature on the attendance sheet, (2) Learner’s attendance and participation in all program activities, and (3) Learner’s submission of a completed evaluation form at the conclusion of the program. Registered Dietitian Nutritionists who attend this program can earn up to 4.0 contact hours for continuing education upon submission to Commission of Dietetic Registration for approval.
