Professional & Community Affiliations

Mr. Lambert is a legal assistant in the corporate practice group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focuses on debt financing transactions. Previously he worked for nearly six years as a paralegal at Horwood Marcus & Berk, handling a broad range of corporate transactional matters.  Prior to starting his career as a paralegal, Mr. Lambert worked for over 13 years in the equipment leasing industry, where he gained experience negotiating contracts and structuring lease financing transactions.
