Professional & Community Affiliations
Ms. Clay is a paralegal at the Chicago office of the US Securities & Exchange Commission. While attending the Institute, she interned at Mallon & Johnson, a securities regulation law practice in Chicago. She has also served for many years as a Company Executive Officer for the US Army National Guard.
