Program Areas

Mr. Takada teaches Business Organizations and Advanced Business Organizations.

Professional & Community Affiliations

Mr. Takada maintains a private practice in corporate and commercial transactional law, advising clients on business entity formation, financial and asset transactions, and general counsel matters.  Mr. Takada is also a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee for the Northern District of Illinois.  Previously he was associated with Horwood Marcus & Berk Chartered and Freeborn & Peters LLP, and served as the law clerk to the Honorable Susan V. Kelley of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.
