Mr. Takada maintains a private practice in corporate law and is of counsel to Yokoyama & Associates in Chicago.  Previously he was associated with Horwood Marcus & Berk and Freeborn & Peters, and served as a law clerk for a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge in Milwaukee.
