About the Institute

For almost 20 years, Loyola paralegal graduates have been in high demand among legal employers. Students at Loyola learn specific practical skills in a competency-focused post-baccalaureate curriculum approved by the American Bar Association.

Our Faculty

The faculty of the Institute for Paralegal Studies are either experienced attorneys who have worked with paralegals or are themselves paralegals. These faculty members are committed to the encouragement and support of the paralegal's role in the legal community.

Paralegal Alumni Network

Loyola's Paralegal Alumni Network (PAN) comprises 1,000+ graduates who earned their Certificate in Paralegal Studies through the highly-regarded Institute for Paralegal Studies.

Institute for Paralegal Studies

Loyola's paralegal program also provides employment assistance, optional internships and government-sponsored financial aid. Students may complete the program in a minimum of eight or nine months (four 8-week sessions) or extend their studies over additional terms.
