First-Time and returning Applicants

The Department of Parking Services is now accepting applications for employee parking permits for the Lawson Parking Lot, located at 18 West Chicago Avenue on the corner of State Street and Chicago Avenue.

Parking availability for permit holders in the Lawson Lot is 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. seven days a week. No overnight parking, 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., is allowed in the lot.

The parking permit rate for this lot is $158.44 per month as of July 1, 2011 which also includes parking at the Lake Shore Campus Parking Facilities.

If you are interested in parking in this lot, please follow the two-step application process outlined below:

Step 1: Please click on the link below to complete the “Expression of Interest” form to be considered for a Lawson WTC parking permit.  Applicants, who are not immediately assigned a parking permit, will be put on a wait-list and will be contacted as spots become available.

Step 2: Once your Employee Parking Permit is confirmed, we will send you a follow-up email with a link to register your vehicle and sign up for payroll deduction.
