5th Annual Philanthropy For All Seasons A GREAT Success!
The 2008 5th Annual Philanthropy For All Seasons reception was a great success! Hosted by the Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy Sector (NMPS) program in the School of Social Work, the evening Reception was well received by approximately 129 attendees, which included leaders from the non-profit, philanthropic, academic and Loyola communities as well as NMPS alumni and students. The NMPS, School of Social Work is grateful for the generous support of the event's Sponsors, and the encouragement of the event's Host Committee.
Additionally, NMPS is grateful to Ms. Sandra Guthman, President and CEO of the Polk Bros. Foundation, for her participation as Guest Speaker. The NMPS is honored to have presented the 2008 Louis T. Delgado Social Justice in Philanthropy Award to Jeanne Kracher, Executive Director of the Crossroads Fund.
Your generous support has enabled the NMPS to raise enough funds to offer a partial scholarship to a student pursuing the a Certificate of Advanced Study in Philanthropy. Thank you!
