The PMBOK Inspired Quality Assurance Lifecycle at LUC

At Loyola, our Quality Assurance Methodology is embedded in our Project Managed Methodology.  Managing Quality is one of the 11 project management knowledge areas as outlined in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) Guide to Project Management 4th edition.  We have adapted our QA process, based on the guidelines, to be aligned with our “best fit” approach to Project Management.  Please contact the PMO at PMO@luc.edu for additional information on the Quality Assurance processes.
