- Earn two degrees in as little as four years: one in secondary education plus one of the following teaching areas: biology, chemistry, English, history, mathematics, physics, political science, psychology, theatre or a foreign language (French, Italian, Latin or Spanish).

- Engage in hands-on classroom experience beginning as early as freshman year in a variety of educational settings—public and private, urban and suburban schools, tutoring, assisting and teaching.
