Our full-time staff are deeply committed to our mission and philosophy and most have been with the Preschool for more than 5 years.

In each classroom we have a Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher. Lead Teachers have at least their Bachelor Degree, and Assistant Teachers have their Associates or Bachelors. Several of our staff have Master’s Degrees as well.

Our classrooms also are supported by Loyola Students who serve as Teacher Aides each semester.

In our two-year old room the ratio is 1:4 and in our 3 & 4 year old rooms the ratio is 1:6.
