Prospective Students

Please use the online request form to get more information about Quinlan School of Business' academic programs. Individual academic advisors provide assistance only to current and newly admitted Quinlan School of Business students.

Current Students

You are required to consult with an academic advisor after being admitted to an academic program in the Quinlan School of Business. During your initial advising meeting, students receive curriculum planners which outline their academic plans. Professional academic advisors are available to review the planner with the student, answer questions and provide any guidance. Advisors are available to help you with your academic progress at any point in your program.

MBA Program

Michael Alexander
He is the Assistant Director and advises dual five-year degree and interdisciplinary students, including students in the BS/MBA, BBA/MBA, MBA/JD, and MBA/MSN programs. He is available daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., for general advising.

His is the Academic Advisor and is available daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., for general advising.

MBA - Health Care Management Program

Pamela McCoy
She is the director of the specialized MBA in Health Care Management. She is available by appointment for academic advising.

Donald Schwartz
He is the Director of the MSF program and a Clinical Professor of Finance. He is currently teaching courses in business finance, investments and international financial management.

Joan Phillips
She is the Director of the MSIMC program and an Associate Professor of Marketing. She is currently teaching courses in marketing management and strategy.

Brian Stanko
He is the Director of Accounting programs and a Professor of Accounting. He is currently teaching courses in financial accounting and financial reporting.

Master of Science in Human Resources (MSHR)

Dow Scott
He is the Director of the Masters of Science in Human Resource program and professor of Human Resources and Employment Relations. Dr. Scott's professional affiliations include the Chicago Compensation Association, Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, and the Society of Human Resources Management. Dr. Scott had conducted extensive research and published numerous articles on compensation and employee reward programs.

Master of Science in Supply Chain Management (MSSCM)

Maciek Nowak
He is the Director of the MSSCM program and an Associate Professor of Operations Management. He is currently teaching courses in operations management and logistics.

Nenad Jukic
He serves as the advisor for the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence certificate program. His academic interests include data base systems, e-business, data warehousing and data mining.
