Request to take over 18 credit hours or repeat a business class

To request to take more than 18 credit hours or repeat a business class in a Fall or Spring semester, or to take more than 8 credits in a single summer session, please fill out the "Request to take over 18 credit hours" form on this page. Please keep in mind these guidelines:. Please make sure you complete all fields of the form. This form is a request and does not guarantee that your request will be approved.  An email to your Loyola email address will indicate if your request is approved. You will be able to register for classes at your normal assigned registration time, as long as your account is free of holds.

- If you are a first or second year student and advised by an advisor in the Office of First and Second Year Advising Office, please contact your advisor.  We will not process requests from students who are not advised by the School of Business.  

- In most cases a student needs to have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA for the request to be approved.  Each request is handled individually, taking into account a student's academic history and the reason for the request.
