Patricia Pippert

Patricia Pippert is a skilled learning and development expert and executive coach, with extensive experience in assessing needs and implementing solutions for senior management.  She works with both domestic and global organizations to improve processes and manage performance to increase motivation, productivity, and profitability. Dedicated to establishing partnerships with clients to help them attain their goals, Patricia designs, develops and implements performance management, mentoring, and succession planning systems.  She conceives and facilitates executive and team effectiveness programs, focusing on personality/communication styles, 360-degree assessments, and coaching to institute organization-wide efforts to impart change. Patricia identifies management development strategies and partners with executive management to execute these strategies, analyzing management’s performance gaps and recommending solutions.

Working with a diverse client base, Patricia recognizes that every solution must be customized for each client’s particular business goals. Patricia provides practical solutions, skills, and tools geared toward achieving measurable results.  In her organizational effectiveness work she has worked with companies to design and facilitate annual leadership retreats, succession planning roadmaps, and mentoring programs for high-potential managers and employees, implemented process improvement programs throughout international organizations, and designed management development program for major national law firms. Patricia is adept at integrating online training and distance learning into her sessions.

Patricia is a member of the American Management Association and received her Masters of Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.  Due to her background as a stage and screen actress in New York, Patricia brings a vitality and dynamic energy to her training and is a sought-after keynote speaker at financial, manufacturing, and technology conferences.
