ANNE SMART builds and sustains a member network of business owning families that come together to learn how to educate and support one another as owners, manager and family members. 

 As Membership Director of the Loyola Family Business Center (FBC), she develops and implements a comprehensive membership program and manages service delivery to all of the Center’s stakeholders.  Sustaining and building a robust membership is the key to the success of our community and programs and Anne is responsible for the contact and solicitation of new members, retention of current members and maintenance of this valuable network.  She also provides leadership support to the Center’s Next Generation Leadership Institute coaches, Peer Group facilitators and facilitates two of the Center’s Peer Groups.

Her background in affinity group management, board development, fundraising and financial services marketing provides her with a practical view of group dynamics and effective leadership styles.  Prior to joining the Loyola Family Business Center, she consulted for a global talent solutions company focused on delivering career transition, leadership consultingand workforce solutions.  Smart holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from St. Xavier University with additional coursework in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.

President of Leadership Innovations Inc, Sarah is a leadership consultant, executive coach, author and speaker. She collaborates with leaders and their teams to create powerful leaps in their effectiveness. Albritton is co-author of "I'm Not Crazy, I'm Just Not You" an international top selling book on MBTI types now in it's second edition and available in multiple languages.
