Today’s evolving healthcare industry calls for leaders who demonstrate innovation and leadership in the face of growing change. Quinlan's MBA in Healthcare Management develops professionals who are effective, responsible leaders who possess the knowledge, skill, and understanding to successfully manage and lead in any segment of this dynamic industry.
Led by Loyola’s nationally ranked Quinlan School of Business, the program draws upon the expertise of faculty from the University's highly esteemed schools of medicine and law. The program offers the leadership and analytic curriculum expected of a rigorous MBA program, while providing the latest practical applications in healthcare management. Participants build their professional network within the industry, while completing a specialized degree that requires just one day per week of class time.
Length of Program
Designed for working healthcare professionals, the part-time MBA in Healthcare Management can be completed in two years.
A new program begins each fall quarter. Students take two courses each quarter. Classes meet one day per week, rotating quarterly between either Friday afternoon or Saturday.
Classes are offered at Loyola’s Water Tower Campus.
The MBA in Healthcare Management is designed as a cohort. Students attend all of the required courses together. Cohort groups provide greater focus and continuity and the opportunity for students, who share common interests and careers, to network effectively.
Students can explore global health issues through a 10–12 day, industry-specific study abroad course designed specifically for the cohort. Travel expenses are included in the tuition.
