Degree Requirements
Master of Science in Human Resources (MSHR)
Students are required to take 12 classes if they have had at least three years prior human resource experience. If not students are required to take an internship class (HRER 415) in addition to the required 12 classes. The MSHR degree can be pursued full-time or part-time.

- HRER 415 Internship (course ONLY required without three years HR experience)
Electives for SHRM Certification:
Students interested sitting for the Society of Human Resources Certification Examinations for Profession Human Resource (PHR), Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) or Global Human Resources (GHR) are advised to choose the following electives:
