Welcome to Loyola University Chicago! The Department of Residence Life is pleased that you will be joining the Loyola community for your college education. Everyone here at Loyola is busy planning for your arrival. For all residents, we have designed programs that are both comprehensive and exciting. From social and interpersonal activities, to cultural and community service opportunities, the residence hall system will give you a chance to become involved and make a host of friends. And you will always be able to count on the friendship and support of our Residence Life staff members who live in the halls.
As part of the Loyola experience, you will have the opportunity to make lifelong friendships, meet new people and experience campus life first hand. With our classrooms, labs, library, sports center, chapel and the lake within a short walk of any of our residence halls, you will be living in the center of the excitement of college life. We have an excellent residence hall program and staff committed to providing a living environment that is conducive to your own academic, personal and spiritual development.
As a new student this fall, our staff is eager to have you visit the Lake Shore Campus and tour our residence halls. The Office of Undergraduate Admission can arrange a tour at a time that is convenient for you. Additionally, you may tour our halls from the convenience of your own home as well as a host of other options that include:
