Residents of Baumhart Hall experience contemporary living in fully furnished apartments with spectacular city views. Baumhart is located in the heart of the city at Pearson and Wabash, two blocks west of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, and steps from CTA bus and El stops.  Walk across the street to the Loyola Law Center and Law Library, University classrooms, and Loyola University Museum of Art (LUMA)

This apartment style residence hall is located directly above the Terry Student Center, where students can access Water Tower Campus Life Offices, Wellness Center, Ministry Services, a chapel, as well as study space, communal kitchens, laundry facilities, and a fitness center. Each apartment has a kitchen which includes a full refrigerator, stovetop and oven, and microwave.

**Undergraduate and Graduate Doubles feature 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Undergraduate Triples feature 2 bedrooms (one single and one double) and 2 full bathrooms for 3 residents. Graduate Triples feature 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one private (Suite A), one shared (Suite B/C)). Undergraduate Quads feature 2 bedrooms (two doubles) and 2 full bathrooms (one per two residents).
