Fairfield Hall is a part of the Winthrop Area, which also includes Le Moyne Hall, Messina Hall, Spring Hill Hall, Seattle and Xavier Halls. These former apartment building has studios, and one bedroom double and two bedroom quad rooms with a bathroom and kitchenette. In 2012, Fairfield was equipped with a new student lounge with a fireplace and big screen TV.
