Marquette Hall is part of the Southside Kenmore Area and houses approximately 150 students. The facility is comprised of apartment-style double and triple rooms, including full kitchens; there is one quad unit located in the facility on the 2nd floor. The hardwood floors and newly renovated kitchens are popular features of Marquette Hall.

Marquette Hall was retrofitted in 2011 with sprinklers throughout the entire facility. There is no lounge space in Marquette Hall. There is gated parking available only to residents of the hall who pay for a permit from Parking Services; access to the gate is granted by Parking Services. Students must enter Marquette Hall through the front gate and front door. The Southside Kenmore ARD apartment is located on the first floor of the facility.

Marquette Hall is named after Marquette University, a Jesuit institution of higher education located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Marquette University was named after Father Jacques Marquette, S.J., and is the largest private university in Wisconsin. Marquette University was founded in 1881 and enrolls approximately 11,600 students.
