Move-In Dates and Times
Each student is assigned a specific move-in day and time. Students will receive their move-in times and directions to their residence halls in a summer mailing from the Department of Residence Life. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated, so make sure you arrive at your assigned move-in time.
Special events and a convocation to welcome new Loyola students are scheduled for August 24. No residence hall move-in may be scheduled for that day. Fall Semester 2008 begins August 25.
Lake Shore Campus

Baumhart Hall (Water Tower Campus)
Each Baumhart Hall resident will be mailed a packet that includes directions to campus, an unloading pass and a specific move-in day and time. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated, so make sure you arrive at your assigned time, and remember your move-in pass.

Residence Life Office Hours
Sullivan Center for Student Services, Room 255, Lake Shore Campus
The Residence Life Office in the Sullivan Center for Student Services will maintain regular hours weekdays during move-in and will be closed Saturday and Sunday during move-in.
Simpson Living Learning Center, Room 107, Lake Shore Campus
The Residence Life Office in Simpson Hall will maintain regular hours weekdays during move-in and extended hours Saturday and Sunday during move-in.
