Move-In 2009
Move-In Dates and Times
Each student is assigned a specific move-in day and time. Students will receive their move-in times and directions to their residence halls in a summer mailing from the Department of Residence Life. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated, so make sure you arrive at your assigned move-in time.
Information regarding your assigned move-in day and time for first-year and continuing students will be mailed the week of July 27 to the student's permanent address.
Special events and a convocation to welcome new Loyola students are scheduled for Friday, August 21. No residence hall move-in will be allowed on Friday, August 21. Fall Semester 2009 begins on Monday, August 24.

Baumhart Hall (Water Tower Campus)
Each Baumhart Hall resident will be mailed a packet that includes directions to campus, an unloading pass and a specific move-in day and time. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated, so make sure you arrive at your assigned time, and remember your move-in pass.

The Residence Life Office in Simpson Hall will maintain regular hours weekdays during move-in and extended hours Saturday and Sunday during move-in.
