Your family in Rome
While you study abroad in Rome at the John Felice Rome Center, we want you to feel right at home. That means having the necessary support to ensure a smooth transition into Italian life, one that is safe and successful.
Join 200 students on an American-style campus with full staff and amenities. This diverse, tight-knit community gathers for nights out at the opera, papal audiences, soccer matches, shared meals, and much more.
Home on a hill
The JFRC's multi-level, residential campus, which spans five acres in the upper Balduina district of Monte Mario, Rome's highest hill. The neighborhood is home to diplomats, senators, judges, and other distinguished families. By living on a campus in the center of a great neighborhood, you will have everything you need.
The nearest bus stop is only two blocks away, providing a short, 15-minute ride to Vatican City or an easy, 30 minute trip to downtown. Within walking distance are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, a salon, a convenience store, a post office, banks and ATMs, and other small businesses. Map of Balduina District.
