Your university may have an agreement with Loyola University Chicago that affects the way you get billed or what financial aid you receive. See below for a list of Affiliated and Directly Billed Schools that work with Loyola University Chicago's John Felice Rome Center.**
DIRECTLY BILLED SCHOOLS - This means that Loyola University Chicago will bill your school and you will receive a bill from your home institution for the semester or year that you are at The John Felice Rome Center. Please contact your home institution's international programs / study abroad office for information on the exact costs, what financial aid is applicable, and how credits transfer. You will not pay Loyola University Chicago; you will pay all your mandatory costs to your home institution.
AFFILIATED SCHOOLS - This means that you will pay Loyola University Chicago directly for the semester or year that you are at The John Felice Rome Center. You will not be mailed a bill, however; you will be sent an e-bill to your _____@luc.edu address; please learn your Loyola e-mail address and use it. Or you can look at your online LOCUS Student Center to see your account information. Please contact your home institution's international programs / study abroad office for information on other costs that your home institution may bill to you, what financial aid is applicable and how credits transfer. SCHOLARSHIPS - Rome Center scholarships are competititive and open to all admitted Rome Center students.
FINANCIAL AID - Students should contact their home institution about what financial aid is applicable when studying at the Rome Center.
