In endeavor to form well-thought responses and initiatives, the Shareholder Advocacy Committee actively researches socially responsible investing concerns and issues from information received on the world wide web, publications, newspapers, government agencies, as well as from an independent proxy advisory firm  Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS)  and the Interfaith Center for Corporate Responsibility (ICCR).   Addtionally, the SAC seeks to engage in conversation with like-minded organizations, and welcomes input and proposals for consideration from the students, faculty, and staff of Loyola University Chicago.
