Water Tower Campus 

The Mass of the Holy Spirit is an opportunity for the entire University Community to gather in prayer at the beginning of the academic year. We offer thanks to God as well as our prayer for our world, our community and for the success of the coming academic year.

The Mass of the Holy Spirit will be celebrated at Water Tower Campus on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint James Chapel at Quigley Center. The chapel is easily accessible at the corner of Rush Street and Pearson Street.

The Water Tower Campus Block Party follows the Mass. All Are Welcome!

Lake Shore Campus

The Mass of the Holy Spirit is an opportunity for the entire University Community to gather in prayer at the beginning of the academic year. We offer thanks to God as well as our prayer for our world, our community and for the success of the coming academic year.

The Mass of the Holy Spirit will be celebrated on the Sunday prior to the start of the academic year on August 23, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. in the Gentile Center.

A barbeque dinner will be served on Halas Field immediately following the Mass of the Holy Spirit. 

The Sunday morning 10:30 a.m. Mass and the Sunday evening Masses are not celebrated on August 23rd so that all may worship together at the Mass of the Holy Spirit.
