Program Checklist:  Need a guide on to planning your organization event? 

Budgeting, Contracts, Funding OH MY!:  Looking for answers regarding these topics. Check out the Funding section and Contracting section of the Student Activities & Greek Affairs web page.

Catering Menu:  Looking to serve food at your next event?  Check out the catering menu for different food and beverage items.

Event Evaluation Form:  Once the student organization has finished an event it is best that they and their advisor reflect back on it and discuss how it went and whether or not it should be done again in the future.  This form will help you and the organization criticize and review events as they happen and it can also serve as a valuable record for you to look back on if the organization wants to do the event again.

Room Reservations Handbook:  This handbook lists what rooms are available for student organizations to reserve and it gives the capactiy for each room on campus too! 

Community Standards:  In this document you will find all policies that every student agrees to follow when they decide to attend LUC.  For your convenience, we have highlighted every section of The Student Handbook that pertains to registered student organizations.

University Calendar: All student organizations must advertise any events they are sponsoring on the university calendar.  Direct them to this link!
