President's Ball is an annual gala honoring students who receive medallions for excellence in academics and involvement in each college or school.

Limit of two tickets per LUC ID. Tickets are $5 with Loyola Undergraduate ID; additional guest tickets are $5.
Seniors may pick up tickets November 1-2; all undergraduates beginning November 3 while supply last. Tickets are available at the Information Desks located in Centennial Forum Student Union (LSC) and Terry Student Center (WTC). Shuttle bus transportation will be available to and from the event.  You must have your Student ID and your President's Ball Ticket to get on bus:

LSC - Buses will begin loading at 7:00 pm along Campus Road (along Winthrop outside of the Welcome Center located at the corner of Sheridan and Winthrop). Buses will leave when full. 

WTC - Buses will begin loading at 7:15 pm outside of the Terry Student Center and Baumhart Hall. 

Buses will begin to return from Navy Pier at 11:30 pm, all buses will be en route back to LSC or WTC by midnight.
