Senior Send Off
Senior Send Off is an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the graduating class of Loyola University Chicago through various activities.
The 2016 events offered by our office included:
Want to laugh with your classmates? Visit the iconic Second City for their performance of “The Best of Second City”. The show features some of the best sketches, songs, and improvisations from the fifty-five year history performed by The Second City Touring Company. This is where it all began for Second City alums Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Amy Poehler, Steve Carell and more!
Visit a Chicago landmark, the Goose Island Brewpub with your classmates! Beers made right on site will be available to seniors from 7pm-9pm. Enjoy a delicious buffet of pub food as well. Free tours of the brewery will be offered by the brew master himself so you can learn how the beer you're drinking is made!
This event is exclusive to students 21 years of age or older.
Join your classmates for dinner, dancing, and fun at Loyola’s end-of-the-year celebration, Damen Ball! This is a chance to spend time with all of your friends and community before summer begins and is the perfect way to celebrate your time at Loyola.
Join your fellow seniors on a dinner cruise on the Mystic Blue Boat Cruise leaving from Chicago's historic Navy Pier. Boarding time is 6:30pm. Cost includes dinner, dancing, and the cruise.
Come enjoy a night out at Wrigley Field as the Cubs take on the Milwaukee Brewers!
Enjoy this special engagement which will include the annual commencement walk in which each senior will receive their commencement key.
