On May 11, the School of Business Administration hosted its first ever Commencement Celebration recognizing the achievements of the Class of 2012. On May 12, the celebration continued with the School of Business Commencement exercises. Over 700 undergraduate and graduate students participated in the ceremony.

The Fourth Subsistence Marketplaces Conference will be held July 27–29 at Loyola's Water Tower Campus. Subsistence marketplaces consist of consumer and entrepreneur communities living at subsistence income levels and are concentrated in developing areas of the world.
