On-Campus Recruiting
Campus interviewing is a great way to connect with students. Organizations that interview typically represent large to medium-sized corporate employers looking to hire students in the area of business. There is also a significant number of local and regional employers from small and mid-sized organizations. These employers interview undergraduate and graduate business students for internships and/or full-time positions. All interview schedules are coordinated through the Business Career Center. Schedule Options Once interviews are scheduled, the commitment to honor those arrangements rests equally upon the employer and the candidate. Please follow up cancellations or changes with a telephone call or letter to scheduled candidates. Candidates are bound by this same courtesy. Promote Your Visit Aggressively Follow Up With Us
Choose either a Pre-Select Schedule or an Open Schedule based on your needs.
The Business Career Center can assist your organization with promoting your event via our electronic calendar, bulletin boards, academic department contacts and student and alumni email distribution lists.
Pre-Night
Some employers choose to schedule a presentation or dinner the night before interviewing to allow the employer and interviewees the opportunity to become more familiar with each other.
The Business Career Center actively solicits and maintains "offer and acceptance" data from registrants and contributes to the National Association of Colleges and Employer (NACE) Salary Survey, The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), Princeton Review, U.S. News & World Report and other news ranking agencies. We ask that all Loyola employers provide the Business Career Center with this information.
