Certificate in Organizational Leadership
This certificate program is designed for students who want to learn more about the theories and practical applications of interpersonal and team leadership that promote individual effectiveness and organizational development. Students explore the theories, research and best practices of interpersonal and small group communication needed for effective leadership in task-group discussion, team projects and decision-making.
The study of leadership is presented in the context of organizational theory and practice. In accord with individual needs, students have elective options to acquire additional knowledge in organizational development and change, psychology of personality and/or applied social psychology. All courses are for credit and are transferable once a student is admitted into a degree-seeking program. Prerequisite course work may be required for some courses.

Tuition
Certificate students pay $560 per credit hour. Most courses are three credit hours, with the exception of a few math courses. Please double check the credit hours for each course.
