Certificate in Organizational Psychology
The Certificate in Organizational Psychology is designed for students who want to learn more about the interaction of individuals and groups in organizational settings, and how to apply these principles to achieve the goals of their unit and organization. In this program, students increase their knowledge of psychological research, theories and applications in the areas of individual differences, interpersonal and group interactions, behavior development and change, consumer behavior, and the dynamics of human interactions in organizations.
In accord with individual needs, students have elective options to obtain additional knowledge in organizational foundations, theory and practice; organizational development and change; and/or organizational leadership, culture and ethics. All courses are for credit and are transferable once a student is admitted into a degree-seeking program. Prerequisite work may be required.

Certificate students pay $560 per credit hour. Most courses are three credit hours, with the exception of a few math courses. Please double check the credit hours for each course.
