Institute of Paralegal Studies Admission Requirements

To apply for admission to the Institute of Paralegal Studies program, the following admission requirements must be met:

  • Education: Accredited bachelor's degree
  • Grade point average: A minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 at each post-secondary institution previously attended

Application Requirements
To apply for admission to the Institute of Paralegal Studies program, the following is required from domestic applicants:
  • A completed admission application
  • A $25 non-refundable application fee (fee waived for online application)
  • One set of official academic records from high school or the GED report, and official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • An interview is required before an admission decision is rendered. Please call 312-915-6501 to schedule an interview with an academic advisor (days, evenings or Saturdays).
  • A personal statement
