Application Instructions

To Apply as a Current Loyola Student (Internal Transfer):  Current Loyola students who wish to internal transfer to the Exercise Physiology program are to first complete all prerequisite courses (or enrolled in their final prerequisites), with the intent to internal transfer in the 3rd year.  Students are to submit:

  • A completed Internal Transfer application. 
  • A copy of the Advising Report from LOCUS.
  • A 350-500 word statement, discussing why the Exercise Physiology program was chosen, and how completing the program will help meet personal and/or professional goals.

To Apply as a New Loyola Student (External Transfer):  New applicants interested in the Exercise Physiology program must first apply via the Office of Undergraduate Admission to the the College of Arts and Sciences.  Applicants should complete the Transfer Application located here.  

Once all are prerequisite courses are complete, students will then follow the Internal Transfer process above.
