Senior Send-Off events are opportunities for senior students at Loyola University Chicago to celebrate and enjoy the last weeks of being a Loyola student. These events provide opportunities to have fun, network, and transition to be young alumni.

Senior Send-off Schedule

• Cubs Game
  Come enjoy a night out at the Friendly Confines as the Cubs take on the division rival Milwaukee Brewers! 
    Tuesday, April 10^th 7:05pm @ Wrigley Field
  • 500 tickets available to seniors (limit 1 per ID)
  • Cost to seniors = $11 (with a $1 gift supporting student scholarships)  
• Goose Island Brewery Tour and Tasting
• Visit a Chicago landmark, the Goose Island Wrigleyville Brewpub (3535 N. Clark Street) with your classmates. Beers made right on-site will be available to seniors from 7pm-9pm. Enjoy a delicious buffet of pub food as well. Free tours of the brewery will be offered every 10-15 minutes by the brewmaster himself so you can learn how the beer you're drinking is made!

  • 500 tickets available to seniors (limit 1 per ID)
  • Cost to seniors = $16 (with a $1 gift supporting student scholarships)
• Senior Boat Cruise
• Join your fellow seniors on a dinner cruise on the Spirit of Chicago leaving from Chicago's historic Navy Pier. Boarding time is 6:30pm. Cost includes dinner, dancing and the cruise. Dress is semi-formal.

Senior Toast

• Raise your glasses to the class of 2012! Please enjoy this special engagement which will include the inaugural commencement walk in which each senior will receive the new convocation key. A special presentation from Dr. Robert Kelly will kick off the event and a congratulatory toast will be given by Loyola University Chicago’s President, Father Michael Garanzini. We encourage all seniors to invite a mentor to celebrate with them at this occasion.
• **In case of rain, the walk will be cancelled. The toast will take place in Mundelein Auditorium.**
  • Wednesday, May 9^th  5:30pm @ The East Quad** (Rain Location Mundelein Auditorium)
  • Open to Seniors (limit 1 Mentor per senior and 2 guests per senior)
  • Cost = Seniors & mentors are free but must register online, guests are $5 each (limit 2 guests)
