Danielle Basci joined Loyola University Chicago in January 2009 to provide leadership to a staff of over 150 student and community volunteers as general manager of WLUW-FM 88.7, the radio voice of Loyola University.

Prior to this she served as the station manager of KJHK-FM, student-run radio of the University of Kansas in Lawrence, and as a board operator and producer for Kansas City NPR-affiliate KCUR-FM.  She relocated to Chicago in 2008, where she was head producer for a local business program prior to taking on the position at Loyola and is currently a member of Chicago Independent Producers.

Basci holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of Kansas and was a recipient of a Kansas Association of Broadcasters award in 2008.
