Loyola University welcomed an expert panel who presented the viability of reform in 2013, a response to the Senate’s proposal, the economic implications for the Midwest and what national advocates hope and fear may see included in pending legislation.
More than 200 community members, advocates, and guests were present to hear what is being proposed by the Senate and in Washington, D.C..
