Loyola's clinical social work focus prepares students to practice in areas where knowledge and skill in direct service are essential; including mental health, school social work, children and families, and health. The advanced practice domain of Leadership and Development in the Social Services offers strategies for effective non-profit management, grant-writing, staff supervision, and other leadership skills.

Please note: The deadlines for priority consideration for scholarships are as follows: March 1 (Fall, Summer II terms) and October 1 (Spring).

* Deadline for School Social Work Track for MSW or MSW Advanced Standing option is April 1. See program page for additional requirements.

* Spring MSW applicants wishing to start field placement in their first semester must apply by October 1st in order to increase chances of spring field placement.
