Tuition & Financial Aid
Currently tuition for MSW courses in the School of Social Work is $1,007 per credit hour. As a 60 credit hour program, based tuition for the MSW program is $60,420. This tuition rate does not however include mandatory university fees or increases in tuition that may incur at the start of each academic year. More information about university fees can be found here.
Financial Aid Opportunties
Approximately 10-15% of admitted students are awarded a scholarship with the average award totaling $9,500. This total amount would be divided by two semesters for Summer and Fall admits and applied to one semester for Spring admits.
The MSW program automatically considers all admitted students for merit-based scholarships at the time of application, pending available funding. Scholarship notifications begin after our priority scholarship deadline.

Generally vacant positions are posted on RamblerLink in April for the upcoming academic year. All admitted students are notified via email when graduate assistantship positions are posted and open for applications.
For graduate assistant positions that offer tuition reimbursement, please refer to the university's Division of Student Development website.
