General Instructions for M.S.W. or Type 73 Certificate Program
To apply for admission to the M.S.W. or to the Type 73 Certificate programs, the following documents are required from domestic applicants:
- A completed admission application
- A $50 non-refundable application fee (fee waived for online application)
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended, showing an accredited bachelors degree
- Three letters of recommendation (at least one letter from a setting where the applicant has work or volunteer experience)
- A statement of purpose

- Dual-degree applicants should adhere to the requirements listed above, as well as applying for admission to the additional program.
For international applicants, the following documents are required in addition to those listed above:
- TOEFL or IELTS scores
- A Declaration and Certification of Finances Form

General Instructions for Philanthropy and Non-Profit Management Certificate Program
To apply for admission to the Philanthropy and Non-Profit Management Certificate program, the following documents are required from domestic applicants:
- A $50 application fee (fee waived for online application)
- A completed application form Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended
- Two letters of recommendation (usually from referees familiar with the applicant's academic or professional work)
- A statement of purpose describing academic interests and professional goals
For international applicants, the following documents are required in addition to those listed above:
- TOEFL or IELTS scores
- A Declaration and Certification of Finances Form

General Instructions for Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Program
To apply for admission to the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy program, the following documents are required from domestic applicants:
- A $50 application fee (fee waived for online application)
- A completed application form
- Official transcripts of all undergraduate and any graduate work
- Documentation of professional licensure (applicant must be licensed or license eligible in the state in which he or she practices)
Applicants to the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy program are required to possess a master's or higher degree in a recognized mental health profession* and to be currently practicing psychotherapy with children and adolescents.
* Mental health professionals include: social workers (Licensed Social Workers or Licensed Clinical Social Workers), psychologists (clinical, counseling, or school), counselors (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors), psychiatric nurses, psychiatrists. Other applicants may be considered depending upon their credentials and experience.

General Instructions for Family and School Partnerships Program
Application Requirements: Applicants are required to possess a master's degree in any mental health or education-oriented field of practice.
For Tracks I and II:
- A $50 application fee (fee waived for online application)
- A completed application form
- Official transcripts of all or any graduate work
- Interview with the program's director (in person or by phone)
For Track III- Open Participation:
Above admission requirements are waived, except for the interview with program director (in person or by phone). Track III applicants should directly contact the School of Social Work for a registration form. Registration is through the School of Social Work.
For international applicants, the following documents are required in addition to those listed above:
