Thank you for taking the time evaluate your placement this semester. Your feedback is extremely valuable. Your personal contribution will ensure we continue to improve the field work process. Please read the following directions before submitting your evaluation.

The student evaluation of placement will be submitted electronically through your Blackboard Account.

Please note: The Internet Explorer 8 web browser hides the Save/Submit buttons during a test/quiz. Students are advised to use Firefox or Internet Explorer 7 when taking timed tests/quizzes in Blackboard or change Internet Explorer 8 settings.

1. Log-in to your Blackboard account (using Firefox or Internet Explorer 7), https://blackboard.luc.edu/webapps/login/

2. Under MY COURSES, please select your fieldwork seminar class.

3. On the left, click the EVALUATION button. Please click on the evaluation, complete it the questions and CLICK SUBMIT.

NOTES:

You may SAVE the evaluation and return to it later. Please make sure you click SUBMIT to fully complete your evaluation)

Please contact  hgilway@luc.ed if you are not registered for field work classes properly and/or are not able to access the evaluation due to registration issues.
