How to Submit Notes

Our note submission process is electronic and all notes are submitted through email.  Notes should be submitted 2-3 times per week depending on how often your class meets.  Please be sure to provide all notes prior to your hire date.

Do you write or type your notes?

"I type my notes."

If you take notes on a computer in class, you will simply need to attach them in an email and email them to SSWDNoteTaking@luc.edu with the course, course number, and section number in the subject line.

"I take my notes by hand."

If you take notes by hand, you will need to scan them and attach them in an email to SSWDNoteTaking@luc.edu with the course, course number, and section number in the subject line.

  • Available scanners at the Lake Shore Campus.
  • Available scanners at the Water Tower Campus.
  • There is also a scanner available in the Sullivan Center, Rm. 260 (see Appendix C of Note Taker Handbook for operating instructions).
