Notes on archived minutes:

Effective with the 1999-2000 academic year, there are separate minutes for the Lakeside Committee and for the Medical Center Committee with the exception of the quarterly joint meetings.

Effective with the 2000-2001 academic year, joint meetings occur but twice annually and the separate minutes reflect changes in nomenclature as the Lakeside Committee = the University Staff Council and the Medical Center Committee = the Medical Center Staff Council.

Effective with the 2001-2002 academic year, the Medical Center Staff Council maintains a separate website at LUMC Staff Council and its minutes are posted from that site. University Staff Council continues to post its minutes on this site.

Effective January 2002, the University Staff Council becomes a separate and distinct entity with its own ByLaws. Effective September 2003, the University Staff Council revises its ByLaws and re-structures itself to be more inclusive and representative.

Effective December 2003, the University Staff Council modifies for the sake of clarity its revised ByLaws of September 2003.
