What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
My coworkers are awesome! Actually, the entire Loyola community is amazing. Our staff, faculty, and students make up the greatest group of people in the world. I love coming to work every day and getting the opportunity to collaborate with such amazing people.

What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
I get to work on a lot of great projects, but I think some of the videos I’ve produced are what I’m most proud of. It’s great to be able to showcase the spirit of the University in a fun and dynamic way. Two videos that come to mind are the “What Would LU Do?” career video highlighting the fact that with a Loyola degree, students can be anything they want to be. “The Twelve Days of Christmas: Loyola Style” was pretty entertaining as well, though I cannot take all the credit for that (mad props to Sister Jean and the Jamming Jesuits!).

What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
Loyola’s mission is all about striving to be your best possible self at all times. Do your best at everything, use your talents for something worthwhile, and help other people as much as you can.

What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
In Enrollment Marketing, we are charged with telling the Loyola story to prospective students. I truly believe that Loyola is the best place for students, and that their lives will change for the better if they choose to come here. I’m determined to succeed at my job by effectively illustrating all the great opportunities Loyola has to offer, so that prospective students ultimately make the decision to enroll and experience Loyola for themselves.

Tell us how you show your Rambler pride.
I support as many student events as I can. I especially love going to theatre productions in the Newhart Family Theatre. Our students are so talented! Also, I adopted a dog that bears a striking resemblance to Loyola’s mascot, LU Wolf. If that’s not Rambler pride, I don’t know what is!

Tell us something most people at Loyola would be surprised to know about you.
I am the worst cook/baker in the history of the world. I once tried baking chocolate chip cookies. They were in the oven for almost four hours, and they still came out the consistency of pancake batter. If my husband didn’t cook for me, I’d survive solely on Lucky Charms.
