One Book, One University
Each year, Loyola promotes a reading program called One Book, One University.
The program is a collaborative effort of various councils and departments that encourage the Loyola community to engage in a common reading experience with the theme of the Ignatian values of social justice. Book discussions are incorporated into the program to offer readers the opportunity to expound upon topics presented in the book.
In 2010, students, staff, faculty, and community members were invited to read:
Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin
