Application Days

The OIP will be hosting Application Days on Monday, February 20 through Wednesday, February 22 from 10am to 2pm in the IC 4th Floor.

Application Days this year we will have 4 different stations to provide application information, guidance, raffles, food and more!

#1 Enter Free Flight Raffle - 1 winner each day. Must reenter each day for a chance to win. Can only be used for LUC-run Summer '12 programs or Vietnam Fall '12. Click here to see full raffle information and restrictions.

#2 On-site Advising - Get all your questions answered by meeting with onsite program advisors, faculty-leaders, providers, and OIP staff . Learn about all the summer and fall study abroad options available to you!

#3 Application Station & $10 Gift Cards - Submit your summer or fall 2012 Loyola study abroad application and deposit online between Mon, Feb 20 at 12 AM and Wed, Feb 22 at 2 PM and pick-up your $10 gift card to Chipotle, Starbucks, or Target! Includes all Summer, Fall, and Full-year '12 applications for all programs we offer including providers.

#4 Food! - OIP will provide a delicious dessert bar.

RETURNEE RECEPTION

The Loyola Office for International Programs (OIP) holds a reception each semester to welcome study abroad recent participant back to Loyola and to Chicago. This spring there will be a reception for all students who were abroad on during the Fall 2011 semester.

All students participating in a study abroad program are required to attend an orientation held on campus. Orientation typically takes place in April for students going abroad in the summer or fall and in November for students going abroad in the spring. At this event, students will gain valuable and practical information about your upcoming experience. OIP will send details through e-mail.
