The apartments are convenient to public transportation, a short walk to University facilities, and close to the vibrant restaurant and cafe culture and shopping facilities of King St, Newtown. IES students live single rooms and have access to shared, fully-equipped kitchen space.

All students living at the Village receive a U card, which serves as identification, key and access card, as well as a debit and discount card. A credit amount will be added to the card as part of the housing fees to be spent at one of the Village facilities to purchase food and merchandise. You always have the option to add credit to the card. Some of the Village facilities include: The Hub Café, The Well Bar, and a convenience store. For additional information, please visit www.sydneyuv.com.au/.

Residential Colleges - If you are studying in Sydney for the calendar year, you may apply to any one of several independent residential colleges.
