University Affiliation - University of Stirling (enrollment of 8,000)
The Stirling program offers students the opportunity to enroll in a wide range of courses in a variety of disciplines at the University of Stirling, one of the top rated academic institutions in Scotland. The University was built mostly in the 1960.s and 1970.s, is set on a wooded and landscaped site, which includes a small lake and an 18th century castle. At Stirling, assessment is continuous throughout the semester, providing a student with an early indication of how he/she is performing academically. Clearly this is an advantage since most universities in the United Kingdom only grade at the very end of the term. Students may apply to the yearlong or semester program.
